My wellbeing plan:

Wall Activities
Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing)
  • Try to go to bed before 10pm to ensure I get over 6 hours of sleep.
  • Either workout at a gym or going to the gym a couple times a week.
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing)
  • Visit family and friends more throughout the week.
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing)
  • Play with puzzles on my breaks or off days to ensure my mind is sharp.
  • Listen to music to match my mood for motivation and relaxation.
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing)
  • I'm not much of a spiritual person so I'll just stick to doing the mindfullness practise we learnt earlier.
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment)
  • Going outside more on my breaks away from my PC a bit more.
